HALO League

It’s all over folks, the 2004 -2005 league, 19 events done and dusted and 237 runs, no one went to them all, but the Field family had a good go with 15 events completed! John Butler and Steve Marin with 13 each and Ken Hutson with 11 showing their willingness to travel. The results can be seen in the table but in summary:

A returnable engraved trophy will be awarded to the overall winner and Gold, Silver and Bronze medals to the first three finishers as listed above, Chairman to make presentation and advise when. Congratulations to all medallists and commiserations to those who just missed out.

We now have a short summer recess to hone our technique and fitness before the 2005 – 2006 season starts. It would be nice to see more HALO members at the district events during the next season; the following list is provisional so make a note in your diaries now.
