This is a Participant Satisfaction Survey sampled event; participants will be invited to share their views and comments by completing a short survey that should take no more than 8mins.

Suitable for walkers, joggers or runners
The technical course has a Sprint and a Score with 15 controls in each part. The sprint controls must obviously be done in numerical order and must be done before the score part. Competitors don't have to do all of the Sprint course but there's no going back once they've swapped to Score. All controls are worth 10 points. |
