Firstly, hope you enjoyed your WOD experience as much as the 600 N. Lincs pupils who experienced the sport (many for the first time) around the grounds of the adjacent Brumby Hall. It certainly was a long day for some - Brian, Neil, Dave O and Isoldt - many a long hour goes into organising such events. Secondly many thanks to Mike and Dorothy who also put in many a long hour this Spring in bringing you this event. A new format and a last minute change of venue as well as the usual planning and mapping issues to contend with. Hopefully we will return to a less congested Primrose in early April next year for a Poacher 2019 event and utilise the courses already planned. Congratulations to Imogen, Jonathan and Liam for winning the courses and to all those who beat their rivals in the head to head racing. The tables are taking shape but you have to look at the underlying scores rather than the overriding scores in order to find the likely champions. Thanks to the usual suspects for kite collecting - Harriet, david, Elspeth, Megan & Oli. Next week, we head a few thousand kms east (or a few west) to Kingsway Gardens for another new format in a new area. See formats article on front page to decipher what is in store. Please park on the upper level off Cliff Closes Road, access off Doncaster Road - no toilet facilities at all (so please use alternatives at local supermarkets before arrival).
