Many thanks to all who turned out on a very sunny autumn day. Even the ladybirds came out in force to annoy or delight - depending on your point of view! I understand that some of the controls on the Technical course were a little difficult to locate. I didn't have any bother, but then I did have the advantage of knowing which bunch of ivy I had hidden them under! Probably makes me non-competitive.
Many thanks to all the HALO members who helped out on the day - Brian, Ken, John, Paul, Chris, John, Sue, Mike, Dorothy and David.

If anyone didn't get a copy of the Hull Parks Orienteering booklet (containing 24 permanent courses in eight of the city parks), they should be available in Hull libraries and sports centres. If you can't get hold of one, email me (neil@halo-orienteering.org.uk) and I'll see what I can do.
Who can be the first to complete at least one course at all eight parks?
