Great to be out in the autumnal Baysgarth park today. What amazing conkers, dangerous from above or underfoot, not on a string.
There was a choice of MapRun around Barton and a Sprint event using SIAC in the Park. Some runners chose one and not the other, some did both.
Thank you to Amanda and Brian for planning and testing out the MapRun. Plenty of challenges and route choice to work out. Planning a MapRun has a few nuances which make it work extra well.
Flora was running her first MapRun and David was running with a Garmin watch for the first time, ably assisted in the setup by Kate, thank you for that.
