Another good turnout on a sunny, but windy day on The Westwood with nearly 100 people taking part, many in family groups. Congratulations to the course winners Jacob Smith (White), Joan Henderson and family (Yellow), Katie Slocombe (Orange) and Zac Field (Green). Mary Carrick had planned four challenging courses making good use of the recently updated map of the Burton Bushes section. Thank you to all competitors who handed in their maps at the end of their run to allow other competitors to use them. If you require a new map sending, then email Neil (fixtures@halo-orienteering.org.uk) with your address. The next HALO Saturday events are at Oasis Academy, Grimsby on March 31st and the Humber Bridge Country Park on April 21st. Both have start times between 1pm and 3pm.
