Saturday League. Starts from 1pm to 3pm. Courses White, Yellow, Orange and Technical. Pay one fee, attempt as many course as you wish (time permitting). Meet at the new bandstand, in front of the Pavilion Café.

The weather was surprisingly pleasant for this latest event in our Saturday afternoon programme. The turnout wasn't tremendous but this was not surprising as many will, no doubt, be deep in preparations for the Christmas festivities. Those who did join us seemed to enjoy the courses presented to them. It was really encouraging see families who have turned up to some of our previous events, in particular the Dysons, as well as some first timers. Stan, Oliver, Chloe, Phoebe and Jacob all seemed to have a great time, having a go at several of the courses, all of them recording excellent times and look real prospects. Luke, whizzed round all the courses, and is giving our "professionals" a real challenge now. His Dad braved the cold manfully waiting at Registration! Danny put in a sterling performance to win the technical... Helen claimed it was a "runners" course! Thanks to Mary, Pete, Matt, Helen and Danny for collecting and, of course, Brian, Pete, Matt and Mary for manning registration.
