Many thanks to Brian Slater for travelling across the river to organise the final round of the 2016 Spring Pub League. Not only did we have an event without the notorious 'odds and evens', but we had a free trial of the SIac contact free punching system. The trial went very smoothly thanks to Brian's technical competence. All seemed impressed with the system. The only complaint I heard was that you no longer have an excuse to rest at the control sites - you have to keep on running! Thanks to Dean, Jake and Joe for collecting controls as well as Pete, Ken and David. And the winner of the series was
